1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account with tgl100, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information must match official government-issued identification documents.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including unauthorized use resulting from failure to maintain security.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tgl100 operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Upon registration and before processing withdrawals, we may require you to submit identity verification documents, which may include:

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier. 5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

tgl100 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once at minimum odds before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious activity including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, rapid deposit/withdrawal cycles with minimal wagering, or use of multiple accounts will result in investigation and potential account termination.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by tgl100. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wagers before placement. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the respective sports governing bodies or game providers.

Extra time, penalty shootouts, and other post-regulation outcomes do not affect bet settlement unless explicitly included in the market terms.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software to place wagers without direct human control
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse through creation of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or violation of promotional terms
• Arbitrage betting or "arbing" by exploiting odds discrepancies across multiple platforms
• Money laundering or use of tgl100 services for any illegal financial activity
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been wagered

6.3 Betting Limits

tgl100 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, and maximum payout limits on any market or event. Limits vary by sport, event, market type, and player profile. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

tgl100 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiration dates.

Key bonus terms include:

• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount).

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tgl100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, network connectivity issues, or software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control

• Regulatory actions or legal changes affecting the availability or legality of online gambling services
• Losses resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions

tgl100 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with tgl100's services is to cease using the platform and close your account.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

tgl100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or acted in a manner detrimental to tgl100 or other players.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked. Any remaining account balance may be withheld pending investigation of potential violations. Balances in accounts terminated for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other serious violations will be forfeited.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing closure, we will settle any pending wagers and process withdrawal of your legitimate account balance subject to verification and wagering requirements.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which tgl100 operates its license. Any disputes arising from your use of tgl100's services shall be resolved through the following process:

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before pursuing legal action. You agree that any legal proceedings related to your use of tgl100's services must be brought within one year of the incident giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and tgl100 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.
